US and Canada Returns: If you receive products from auriccosmetics.com that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned more than 30 days from purchase will NOT be able to be returned.
NO International Returns: No returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders outside the US and Canada. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may create!
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.
Exchanges cannot be processed at this time. All returns are at the discretion of the customer service teams.
Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return label.
- Pack your returns in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid returns label to the outside of your parcel.
- You MUST use return label within 30 days of original purchase or we will not be able to process your refund.
