1. Are you cruelty free? Yes! All of our labs and suppliers are certified cruelty-free.

      2. Is Glow Lust™ Radiant Luminizer a Foundation? No! Each shade has a slight color tint, but the formula is incredibly flexible. Many skintones can use multiple shades.

      3.       4. Do you pay duties and taxes? Duties & Taxes will NOT be paid on all international orders. (See country list above).  We are working hard to have duties and taxes collected for Canadian orders.

      6. Is your mica conflict-free? Yes! Our mica is certified DRC Conflict Free.

      7. Are your products vegan? Yes! We are always evolving, and following several requests, we are working to create more vegan options within our brand.

        Glow Lust™ Radiant Luminizer has been reformulated to remove one non-vegan ingredient, which was included at less than 0.1% of the formula. So don’t worry, nothing has changed performance, texture or application-wise with this iconic product! Please be advised that in the interest of not creating waste, we will be selling through final stock of the original formula. Please refer to the below list for updates on vegan status for each shade.

      8. How long will AURIC products last? 
        Our recommended PAO (period after opening) is as follows:
        Smoke Reflect™ - 6M
        Glow Lust™ - 12M
        Plush Ritual - 12M

      9. Is it normal for my Smoke Reflect™ cream to move around in the jar? Yes! This is completely normal. The cream has a lot of moisture to ensure that it doesn't dry out. This means that the formula is prone to moving around in the jar during shipping. (Especially if the shipping carrier is shaking the box in transit). We originally designed the jar in a plastic and noticed that the cream would 'stick' better, but ultimately decided to use a glass jar to be more eco and luxurious! The glass is very smooth and can contribute to the cream sliding. It is safe to use and we assure you that the quality remains intact.

      10. Plush Ritual Ceramide Lip Treatment:

        Does Plush Ritual have any fragrance? 
        Plush Ritual has a subtle warm vanilla flavour.
        Can any skin tone wear Plush Ritual? 
        Yes! Plush Ritual (in shade Bare) has a subtly sheer pink-taupe shade that is flattering to every skin tone.
        Is it sticky/tacky?
        No not at all. Plush Ritual has an innovative cushiony balm formula with a soft and buttery finish completely free of a sticky texture.
        Is it Lanolin Free?
        Yes! We have formulated Plush Ritual to be vegan as well as cruelty, paraben, and gluten free.
        Can I wear it with other lip products?
        Absolutely! Wear Plush Ritual alone as a nourishing lip treatment, or paired with your favorite lip products to enjoy the hydrating benefits around the clock.
        Can I wear it with dry/cracked lips?
        Yes! Plush Ritual was formulated to soothe even the most cracked lips and offer immediate relief as well as long term hydration to give you the most kissable lips.
        Is it long-wearing?
        If you apply a generous layer before bed, it should last until morning! If you wear during the day, wear time depends on if you are eating/drinking. On average, it should last for a few hours.
        Can I purchase it without the jade applicator?
        No, the jade applicator comes with the purchase of your Plush Ritual Lip Treatment.
        I want to purchase another pot, but don’t need another jade applicator.
        We don’t have a launch date yet for refills, but rest assured, refills are in the works 😉
        How do I clean my jade applicator?
        We recommend washing your jade with warm water and a mild soap, followed by wiping with isopropyl alcohol as needed to keep your jade in the best condition.
        Will it melt in my car?
        The buttery texture will melt in hot temperatures. It is best to store upright if you know it will be in a hot place. Once it cools, it will solidify again. Even if the formula melts a little, it is still completely safe to use!

      11. What is your Return Policy? US and Canada Returns: If you receive products from auriccosmetics.com that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused or gently used products within 30 days.  Returns have a cost of $4.95 that will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Orders processed with free shipping will be charged return shipping of $7.99, as well as the return flat rate.  Items returned more than 30 days from purchase will not be able to be returned. Items refused by the addressee will not be refunded.  No International Returns: No returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders outside the US and Canada. Items refused by the addressee will not be refunded.  If you are using a 3rd party for delivery service and not to your place of residence we will not be able to refund. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may create! Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.  All returns are at the discretion of our customer service teams.  If you subscribe to My Service with UPS will be unable to process claims on your behalf, this includes missing or damaged product.

      12. What if I have damages or defective products?  We will do our best to help out with any damages that may occur, you will be asked to return the product.  Please note that all requests for returns, refunds and damages are at the discretion of our customer service team.

      13. COVID-19 - Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

      14. What does this mean for you? Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 5-7 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business.  Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.  Once you have received your order confirmation, it can take up to 5-7 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.
